Fake Board Resolution Document

Signature Date: Mar 15, 2022

A fraudulent board resolution document was used to remove Jason Valasek from his bank accounts.

Evidence shows that the unauthorized effort to alter account access began on February 16, 2022, through private communications involving non-authorized individuals.

The board resolution supporting these changes was not presented until March 15, 2022, further indicating that Chase Bank employees engaged with unauthorized parties to facilitate account modifications without Valasek's knowledge or consent.

An uncovered email exchange from February 16th exposes communication between Brent Felix, an ex-felon, and Pete Aranda, Vice President of Business Relationships at Chase Bank.

In the email exchange, Felix and Aranda orchestrate adding non-signatory members, Ralph Trigg and Joe Quercio, to Jason Valasek’s bank accounts without Valasek’s knowledge.

Felix claims to already have ownership access and requests Aranda's assistance in granting account access to these individuals, despite no approval from the primary account holder.

This secret communication highlights the breach of trust and manipulation that ultimately led to significant financial losses for Valasek.
